Free every damn thing but no books for schools. How does not having education help a state? Sad, pathetic bunch of idiots ruling a state.

Looks like the much awaited Duke Nukem reboot has failed miserably. The review below might be biased on the offensive humor and objectification but more I'm sure will come out about the gameplay.

There has been a buzz of activity in the technology world as part of the E3 convention. A few major announcements have been Apple's iCloud, iOS 5, Playstation Vita . As an end-user, I think the PS Vita looks the more interesting one as apple's iOS 5 is just playing catch-up to android which is already becoming more popular.

Sharjah is being true to its summer promise - not any shopping extravaganza but power cuts... When temperatures & humidity are expected to rise in the next few days, the endless power shortages have started..yet again. There should be a serious inquiry into the way things function at the W&E authority since the general public should be informed prior to the outages which would help them make alternate plans.

A lot of vehicle manufacturers have piggy-backed on Toyota's vehicle recall. A few manufacturer's who have recently recalled are: Toyota, Honda, Audi, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Nissan.....the list goes on...But is it fair that only Toyota had to have a congressional hearing!!

Ending weeks of speculation about the future of Dubai, crashing stock markets, rumors of a previous unreported bailout by AbuDhabi, the Govt. of Dubai has releashed an official statement and 'Reorganisation Law'. Will have to wait and see what changes this could lead to.

Came across a very interesting conspiracy theory of 9/11. It involves some occult and syncromystic stuff. Doesnt make a lot of sense but was interesting. Did some reading around about all this 2012 stuff and this particular theory actually relates to the 11 year sun cycle and something bad/different going to happen. Well decide for yourself.

I guess almost all Blackberry users in the UAE have been affected by this "patch". But as this report suggests, it might be a surveillance interceptor to intrude on emails...

Its been really long since i've put up something here...either nothing interesting has cropped up or i'm just lazy...been following the Markoff case lately and its rather interesting to note that not a single person has anything bad to say about the guy...but as the investigation proceeds and more evidence comes into picture looks like he's done all the stuff he's accused of. what wud drive someone good on the outside to do something unpredictable.... guess one day the mask will have to wear off eventually!!
