Processor confusion....
for the past 2 days the only thing that has taken over my complete attention is the comparison btn Intel Centrino Core 2 Duo processor and AMD Turion 64 X2. gosh the amount of articles tht u find in google is mind boggling...around 362k topics.... but i still cant seem to decide between the two for my laptop....the turion does have a better price/performance ratio and almost all of them come with a dedicated graphics card...which i feel is better...tht's the gamer in me....but then wht abt other stuff like battery life and overall performance which are vital in a laptop unlike a desktop??
i've always been an AMD fan...i've owned a amd athlon(gud ol' processor) and used to game aloooot on it....and its never failed me even once compared to most of my friends Intel pc's.... but i guess at the end of the day it all comes down to wht i really can afford in a laptop....whether an expensive core 2 duo with a geforce or relatively cheaper turion 64 x2 with a geforce....
check this topic the first one is gud...
