back after easter

hope every1 had a holy easter....and got back on your feet with God. anyways...been a bit bz with work.... came across this article....seems dieting never really helps....after the "honeymoon" period of dieting all the fat and more comes back on...there is no long term weight loss benefits...always knew it....tht's y i never bothered dieting ;)... LoST is getting bck on track with some intrstng stuff.... and gosh after watchng every episode of '24' i keep saying WtF....thot i wudnt do it today after seeing the new epi...but man......its the best ep of day 6 and no wonder its the best Tv show out ther....ther isnt an end to the twist and turns in the series....waiting to c how this season comes to an end... ciao...
